May is Mental Health Awareness Month and the Child Mind Institute educates the public about the one in five children in our communities who struggle with mental health and learning disorders.

This year the campaigns is Getting Better Together, which features personal testimonials from celebrities and kids to show how we can all cope with stress, isolation and mental health challenges.
